Ica holds a very special place in my heart, having spent a great deal of my childhood in the valley of Ica at my family's hacienda. That's why it gives me so much pleasure to share these traditional treats with you. |

The heart of these treats is our traditional Peruvian manjar-blanco, a sweet mix of milk, vanilla beans and sugar simmered for a few hours until it reaches its signature rich texture. |

My recipes have not been handed down from generation to generation. They have evolved as a result of inspiration from my combined heritage and the blending of the best natural ingredients from Australia and Peru. |
